How to Stay Informed

Deltek is committed to keeping you informed of any developments that may affect the availability or functionality of your Costpoint Essentials solution.

As a SaaS Developer you will need to be keenly aware of all maintenance updates scheduled for your solution.

All maintenance updates will be posted on your your company’s cloud portal in the System Maintenance window. It is critical that you check this System Maintenance window on a regular basis. This is often the only way maintenance updates are communicated to you.

    Deltek will publish release notes at least 10 business days prior to any scheduled upgrade in the cloud.
